Returns & Warranty Policy

Vape Kits & Mods: 30-day refund period and 30-day warranty for replacements. Accidental damage voids warranty.
Batteries & Chargers: 60-day warranty for batteries, 30-day for chargers (void if damaged by user error).
E-Liquids & Disposables: Must remain sealed. No warranty unless defective on arrival (notify within 7 days). Retain batch numbers for claims.
Tanks & Clearomisers: Consumable items. Notify within 7 days if Dead On Arrival.
Shipping Damage: Please submit a claim with evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
